These can be provided by LCADS to suit either the review
of existing equipment or maintenance practices or for the
scheduling of new maintenance procedures and general requirements
in connection with compulsory competitive tendering and best
value analysis.
In either circumstance it is likely that supporting elements
of surveying and investigatory work would be required for
interim reporting or system analysis purposes.
Where specifications, drawings and schedules are required
for maintenance related activities, these too can be prepared
to clients' requirements. There are now various legislated
requirements which are essential elements of current specifications
and need to be referred to. LCADS offers the preparation of
documents with inclusion of these legal requirements.
