was established to provide an independent exterior lighting design
service from concept studies to installation.
Our clients include:- Local Authorities, Civil Engineering Consultants,
Solicitors, Equipment Manufacturers, Churches and Professional
Institutions.
We also provide an assessment of environmental issues relating
to obtrusive light (popularly known as light pollution) from existing
or proposed lighting installations.

The Lighting
Consultancy And
Design Services
(LCADS) partnership was established in 1993 to serve the
specific needs of those requiring advice, design, technical or managerial
support in relation to all aspects of exterior lighting. Although
established primarily to provide a service across the range of exterior
lighting applications, LCADS services can also be extended
to interior lighting - particularly in public or amenity areas.
LCADS service is provided by qualified and experienced lighting
engineers, using various state of the art design assistance. We
have technical excellence with professionalism as a main objective.
